“This is my go to hotel while traveling for business. I've stayed here numerous times and not had a bad experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect, many restaurants close by and the staff is excellent, from check-in to check-out. Even if I'm working in the Newport News/Hampton area I will travel the extra 20 miles or so to stay here because I know what I can expect every time.”

“We stayed here to visit Christmas Town @ Busch Gardens. The customer service is Phenomenal. Shanera checked us in and was happy and energetic. We both were fighting a cold so I appreciated her enthusiasm. She even offered advice on when to visit the park and traffic. The rooms were clean and had ample towels. As a Hilton honors member I have definitely added this to my favorites. The location is more than convenient to the location of the park. I even went downstairs at 1 am because I was hungry and couldn't sleep and the night agent was just as friendly! Great Job Guys!”

“I came for a baby shower at Fords Colony but there was to expensive. It's a 20 min drive. Also 15 min drive to outlets. Room was ready when I arrived at 1pm. Front desk was super friendly Breakfast was also very good. Bagels, fruit rolls eggs 2 different sausages pancakes and yogurt. Room was clean and bathroom good. I'd stay here again.”

“I stayed at this hotel, sight unseen, because I was on my way to visit my grandson for Halloween and I was unsure if I’d get down his way. I checked online and took a chance there would be a room. I walked into the lobby and was pleasantly greeted. The hotel lobby looked brand new but the front desk person said that it was not new but had recently been redone. It was beautiful! The room was clean, pretty, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast too. The surprise was the value — what a wonderful stay for a great price!”

The service at this hotel is also top notch, they even remembered my name after we went out for a bit and returned and asked how everything was in the room. Location is great as well as Busch Gardens is literally right down the road, no need to get on the highway or anything.”

“Loved this hotel! Location was perfect for all Williamsburg has to offer (Colonial, Busch Gardens & Water Country). Was a quick drive to everything. Hotel seemed brand new. Rooms had ample space and all amenities within were good. Had an issue with the laundry and it was immediately taken care of. Great customer service. Breakfast was really good. Pool was perfect after a long day at the parks. Great restaurant right next door as well, I believe it’s called Whaling Compnay. Would definitely stay again and look forward to coming back.”

Breakfast was included, and was one of the least expensive hotels i could find in the area. Convenient to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.”

This was the first time ever that I was delayed at check in...First, If on the phone assisting a customer the employee should acknowledge you with “ I’ll be with u in a minute” or something to that affect, total ignoring is not good. Second, if you are away from your work station post a sign, will return in 5 or whatever time needed...”
