"Ancora Residence Yacht club and Marina. The best experience EVER!!!"
Beginning with the apartment we had, oh my God, so perfect, so beautiful, so big. And only one bedroom. One of the best hotels that we ever visited. Literally, we felt we were in some Disney park or Universal Studios theme park. That's how big and beautiful it is. All inclusive was the best choice for us. Breakfast was just perfect, everything made fresh. Lunch had a big variety of delicious food. Dinner nights were this great experience with mexican night, brazilian churrasco night, italian night and chef night. Great service, amazing people. I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart Raul Mendez ( food and beverage Manager ) for taking such a special care of my wife and I. He had this beautiful amazing table by the big glass windows, just for us for Italian night when he overheard that we were celebrating our 3 years anniversary. With champagne and all the 9 yards. Was just so lovely. And for our surprise, we had another beautiful table for our breakfast next morning just waiting for us. Another special thanks to Ramon Hidalgo Areña for the excellent service, always with a big welcoming smile on his face, making us fell like home. Great person, great heart. Also for this amazing person name Bautista that went above and beyond to help us making sure we were felling good and welcome. My opinion? Please visit Ancora and you will fall in love with the hotel and do yourself a favor, ask for Raul Mendez, Ramon Hidalgo, Bautista and for your concierge, ask for Yannelisa, she is awesome.
"Beautiful Place With Friendly Staff"
The whole resort was very welcoming and it felt as though you were among friends and family. We had a great time. The facilities were very clean and we felt very safe. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I had a great time at Ancora It is a very nice place to visit. My junior suite was very spacious. The food is realy nice. All the workers from the front desk. Cook, waiters, bartenders, house keeping, and those I see walking the grounds was very professional in their area of work and very nice and friendly. They always remember us. Angel at the front desk always asked if everything is ok and is willing to make sure. Eddy is so great from the moment we arrived he take our luggage up to our room and make sure we have what we need. He take us to the beach as well. Vilorio, I see this guy as a hard working bartender around the pool he never stop!!!! your glass cannot be empty and he gives you the menu for food too. The property is not on the beach but the bus runs on every hour. Perfect for me and the beach is beautiful. Over all it is a big property, very quiet and well protected. One thing I think they should consider is to put peep holes on the doors. At lease when someone knotted you can see who it is before open. Thank you all.

The place is for a low key romantic getaway. The place is clean and over the top with amenities is the rooms. The staff was amazing and very accommodated. The place is very lovely and I would recommend anyone to go if they want total relaxation and romanticism.

The staff goes above and beyond and the amenities are excellent. There’s no doubt that you and your family will have an awesome time. The food is great and drinks flow nonstop. The bar tenders really know how to keep the party going and theres music everywhere. Love it!
